    We offer a 60-day return window for all products from the date customers receive the goods. Products for return must remain unused, intact, with original packaging and accessories complete, without artificial damage.

  • Refund Processing Time

    After we receive, inspect and confirm the returned goods meet the return requirements, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account automatically.

  • Fee Explanation

    All return services do not require customers to bear additional shipping and tariff fees. All related expenses shall be undertaken by our store.

  • Transaction Currency

    All refund amounts are calculated and returned in USD in accordance with the original order amount.
